Centralized vmail up and running fine. is there a way to xfer a caller on the remote site to a mailbox? F986 does not get sent to main via mcdn. I built an alternate target line at main,assigned in auto att. If I am on a call on the remote site, xfer to new target line, dial * maibox number,join, and then release, the caller is in the mailbox. I am looking for a better way.

on the remote site the best you will get is to just do a blind transfer to the extension, there was not a feature designed for remote directly into voicemailbox.

What type of mail? If Call Pilot, you could set up express messaging.
