I setup sip trunking from site a to b. set to set works fine . I'm having an issue calling from site B to site A Vmail does not reconize the dn. I'll call the vmail number directly and I get the BCM prime set and control set.

any ideas?

I'll try using the BCM Monitor for call setup next.

You need MCDN keycode installed, Private OLI for all your sets in site B and the "redirect dn" option turned on in "configuration"-"general properties" of the call pilot at site A.(the one that act as the centralized voicemail).
As well put the voicemail dn of site A in message center of site B, this way when site B mailbox has a message they will be able to press "message" then "call".
Of course you need to enable message waiting on each target line of all site B sets.

Thanks gberger

MCDN keycodes installed
Private OLI set

will set the other options tomorrow

Thanks

Also make sure your private dial plan is set as CDP for both sides.

Figured out that I didn't have the target line on the main BCM answered by the ATT. Vmail now ahswers

My problem now is I can make a call from site B (BCM50) to site A (BCM400). But not from site A to site B.
I had to create a Dest code because 75XX are spread around the network.

Dest code 8
Route Table for IP trunks 8752 > for x7521 and
IP for far end system B
SIP trunks in correct line pool
Sets do have access to line pool
outgoing transport: UDP
Call sig port: 5060
Domain Name : IP of main BCM
Gateway Type: BCM on both ends
Gateway protocol: NONE

It never hits site B using BCM Monitor

Thanks for any help
next on the list message waiting :0

Your initial post stated that station to station calls were working. Did this change after you got the Centralized Voicemail to work?

I've always used a domain name for the domain name.
If the customer has a domain, I use that.
If not, I create one ... like VOIP.com.

I was wrong supportdude only B to A works
I'll try the name not the IP for domain name

Thanks

It was the Domain I changed it from the IP to the name and calls go through.

Now my issue is site A calls site B set at site B rings 4 times and FNA to Vmail at site A.
when the call gets back to site A It's looking for someone to log into their mailbox. ( Mailbox - Password )

I have the Vmail target line being answered by the ATT whick works for the users to check their vmail.

BCM A is a 400 4.0 - BCM B 50 3.0 all Patchs applied

Thanks

At site B, go to Resources and expand.
Choose Telephony Resources.
Highlight IP trunks.
In the bottom panel select the IP Trunk Settings tab.
Check the box that says "Forward Redirected OLI".
If that is already checked ... it could be TAT or TRO that is causing the problem.

-SD-

I have Forward Redirect checked and TAT checked.
I'll try checking TRO

Thanks
