Centralized VM on BCM 450's

To make a long story short, customer started small now after some years have 3 systems 2 BCM 450;s and a BCM 50 all networked. the problem they were all 3 digit and a mix of the same extension range on the different systems. Just added the BCM 450 5.0 and using the CVM only between the 2 450's. Had it working with the 3 digits and an dest code where the remote could log in by dialing the VM DN on the host and get enter your password. They wanted the AA at the host to answer so all three systems were change to 4 digits . BCM 450 1 - host VM Ext renge 2xxx BCM450 remote 3xxx and BCM 50 4xxx. Have gone thru every thing in setup of both BCM 450;s searching this fourm and Nortel the only thing is that the public recived is 3 digit and the private recived and DN is at 4. And when you dial the VM DN you get the AA gteeting and not enter your PSWD. Any thing we can look at.

Cook -try adding the Target line in the main system for vmail to the Application DN.

So if (site B) dials vmail DN xxxx.

Site A (main site) receives the call via a target line.

Add that target line to the Application DN of your Voicemail number.

It's only dialtone-VZ

vztech I have tried that with no change. In all the docs it says to make a target line and assign it to the AA with no rings. It worked before the 3-4 digit change. The thing is every thing works - dialing thru the AA at thew main site and dialing the DN it transfers to the remote and rings the phone then after 4 rings forwards to the VM DN - 2439 at the Main site and you get the persons VM and can leave a message and it lights the remote phones light and say MSG for you same If you call the ext from either site goes to the VM greeting. Then you get the call button and it has 2439 as the call DN but when you call it you get the AA and when you add the target to the VM DN you get the same if you remove the target from the AA you get the GD MB.
I have a felling thet because the public DN leingth is 3 and the DN's for private recieved and DN are at 4 it wont work. I saw a soultion for the 3.7 and it said if you have this have the CO change to 4 recived to match the private recived but it als said that there was a patch to fix it and these are 450's R1 and R5.

It worked Monday morning. I guess from dialing in and changing the settings and changing them back it started to work.
