Hello all,
Working on a weird problem.
Customer has four sites. All running 11.0 software and IP phones.
The main site has a UCM module for their voicemail.
All sites are connected via VPN and have an SCN connection between the main site and each remote site. The remote sites are programmed to Centralized VM over the SCN connection. They do have the proper licenses.
These systems have been in place for several years with no major issues.
Yesterday, all of a sudden, one of the remote sites can no longer get or receive VM.
Nothing had changed and no one has worked on any of the sites for a couple months.
The other two remotes sites and the main site can get and receive VM's with no problem.
Also, they can call between all the sites with no issues.
All the SCN's are working.
We have warm rebooted the main site with the UCM and the remote site that is having issues.
We have also hard power cycled the remote site as well. That didn't help.
We even power cycled the computer network at the remote site and that didn't help either.
I did notice in the System Status, an alarm that said all VM channels were in use. Even though only one SCN call was being made at the time.
There do have a 4 VCM channel license at each site and I have compared everying I can think of between the sites that are working and the one that is not. I have even had one of the Avaya tech look at this and they said everything looks right and it still doesn't work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!
