Centralized SIP trunks and 911 solution

Has anyone had any experience with VPC equipment here. I am working with a customer that ahs many 2-3 person teleworker offices in different cities. Were trying to figure out a solution that does not require buying an analog line at the remote sites.

any have lower cost ideas for this?

I actually did find a company that offers a product will allow you to have up to 200 endpoints in 200 location. The cost is $250/month which is certainly cheaper than the price of 200 seperate analog lines.
