Ok, I'm still getting the hang of Cent-Prog, but until then I can't figure this out....

I was playing around with programming for the operator, an MLX20L. It's first two line buttons were the default sa voice and ring, then came 801 and up. I was playing with those button settings one day and now when you go offhook it always grabs 801 first instead of an SA. I tried recreating the SA's, and they seem to work but it still defaults to 801.

Thanks!

Sounds like your Automatic Line Selection got messed up. From the phone go off hook on one of your SA buttons and then press *14. You will then be able to select the order in which you would like the lines to be accessed by pressing each associated SA/Line button.

I tried *14 on an sa but it gives me the turkey tone, I also tried it on a couple other sets to no avail. I have no idea, but maybe that's a bs/key mode feature?

I also tried to be smart and look this up in the manuals but couldn't find anything along the lines of what I'm trying to do?

Also I'm on a 6.1 hyb/pbx if that helps any.
Thanks!
