Centralized OPI between MD and Nortel

Well centralized operator is an MD110 feature. If Nortel has a similar feature well, it should work. I don't think it is exactly the same signalling requirement. Example is there is a heartbeat between nodes that inform what is the status of operators(on duty or off duty). This heartbeat is not standard signalling that all system can understand. My conclusion is there is no way to make this feature going unless they match each other.
