I just fininshed networking 2 BCM 400 4.0 at different locations. They are using centralized voicemail, I was able to get the message indicators to light up and dial the pilot DN and it does ask for my mailbox and passcode. The problem I have is the remote site would like to transfer calls to mail, when they press transfer and the Pilot DN it asks for mailbox and passcode. Any ideas?

You would need to assign a new target line with different digits to the express messaging line within each mailbox.

EX. X4201 is the DN/Mailbox, express message would be DN plus 300 so the user would transfer the call to 7201.

I can't think of any other way.
