Hi
I have 5 *nix servers. Differnt Application running on them.
1. Webserver. 2. Application server 3. DB Server

I configured the syslog-ng for centralized logging. Through which I am able to get system generated loggs.
i.e logs from /var/log folders ( cron , audit mail etc)
How do I configured the syslog-ng so that it will store Application generated logs ( Error , Fatal , debug logs)
( from /log folder on all server)to my linux syslog-ng server box.

The problem is not configuring syslog-ng, it's changing the application to use syslog in the first place. If it doesn't, you may need to cheat. If it does, you should be able to update where it sends the error messages in /etc/syslog.conf.

You can use the logger command to send messages to syslog, maybe you can run scripts to pull useful information out of the application logs and send it to syslog using logger?
