We are looking for an Instant Messaging solution for our help desk agents and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Our exchange server is managed by corporate so LCS is out.
The features we need is the ability to store message history, broadcast messages to offline and online users and have the missed messages available and the ability to creat groups of users and import a list of users.
