I have a customer with a BCM 50 (rls 6) & a BCM 400 (rls 4) tie together with some IP Trunks. Each has a small Call Center set up on it, they are looking at upgrading the 400 to a 450 (rls). What they want to do is make the Call Center centralized to the 450. I think this can be done by using MCDN and a CDP dialing plan with maybe a few more IP Trunks. Am I correct in this thinking or totally off the mark? Also the manager should be able to see real time stats for the Agents across the network correct?

No possible, as far as I am aware.

Only way you could get the result you want is to scrap the 50 and use ip sets from the 450

I wonder if the IP Office withn SCN will allow it?

thanks cook I posted in the IP Office forum also and they said it should.
