Hello,

If I have BCM200 connected with 2 or 3 BCMs 50a through VOIP (systems are not at the same site), each BCM 50a is connected to the purplish network with 4 trunk lines, and 1 PRI line for the BCM 200, what I want to do is to receive all the incoming calls by the BCM 200 call center even if the clients dial a number related to the trunk lines which is connected to the BCM 50a, so is it possible to receive all the incoming calls by the BCM 200 call center and if it is, how can I do that

Thanx for help

Or network the systems over IP trunks and route the calls to the call center that way.

acewarlock no they didnt cuz our client want to do that for free ,,, BCMs are not at the same city

biv343 what kind of key codes do i need to do that

You would just need the appropriate number of IP trunk auth codes. You buy them in quantities for the number of calls you want to support. If you want up to 2 calls, you buy 2 for each site, or 4, or 8, or whatever number. Since you only have 4 PSTN trunks, 4 VOIP trunks at each site would be plenty.

Keep in mind that the auth codes are different for the 200/400s and the 50's. Also, pay attention to your QOS setup over the WAN - you won't want to have bad call quality for the calls going over the IP trunks.
