Centralized AA question

I have 2 MICS6.0 connected via PRI using Centralized VM and it's working fine from both locations, but I can't get a line that rings in on the remote loc answered by a greeting on the CAA. I've tried forward from a set and get Gen Del. I have the docs...but am still not getting it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
