I have spam/language/attachment filters on my Email server, web surfing filter on a deidcated server, a firewall blocking all kinds of crap and still myt day is filled with just trying to get this stuff off my users PC's. I give the majority of them only user access if I can get away wih it but some do have Power User access. Most of this stuff doesnt require any type od admin access to be installed on these PC's so keeping this off the PC is really hard. What are some of you guys doing from a centralized standpoint to combat ths problem?

Have you thought about locking down IE, especially the Internet zone? Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab. You can then use Group policies to stop users getting to the controls to unlock it via internet options and control panel.
