Central Quarantine in NAV 8.0

I'm currently using NAV 7.6 and didn't like the central quarantine. We're not a very big company, about 200, and I'm wondering if the new central quarantine has greatly improved and if it's going to be beneficial to implement.

In a company your size I wouldn't even use Central Q. I don't even install it. It takes up too much room.
