Central address book for CA Pro pop-up?

Hi, We need incoming calls to match contacts in Communications Assistant Pro so they Pop-up with the persons name.

I'd like an admin to enter the contacts into a central location which CA Pro will pull from automagically, i.e. admin would enter them in WMC.

So far I've not found a way to make this work. Unless I want the admin to go to every desktop and create the contacts over and over again.

You can use PBX's "System Speed Dial" feature as Central PhoneBook.

Also CA supports LDAP.

Really appreciate your help! a required feature I didn't mention earlier is for the number to appear as a pop-up for incoming calls. Only solution I see is for each user to add the contact manually to their own Business or Private Contact List Group
