Centering the Elliptical Marquee

Hi,

This has always bothered me and I finally decided to post this question, hopefully there's a solution:

Whenever I use the elliptical marquee tool and drag it out, it always expands from left to right or right to left. Can one just simply expand it from the center point? I've tried several key combinations with no luck.

Your expertise is appreciated.

Nevermind, figured it out. CLICK then EXPAND while SHIFT + ALT.

CLICK then EXPAND while SHIFT + ALT simply keeps the marquee's shape round, but if that works for you thats great.
