Hello,

Is there a way to group all of the information in a Crystal Report and have it centre on the printing page. I have created a history report for employees using multiple sub-reports, but when I print a page the information is not centred. Will I have to manually move the fields in each sub report other to ensure that the page is centred?

Thanks for your help,

File > page setup > page margins. You could adjust the left margin until the report seems centered.

Hope this helps!

In order to make centering and positioning easier for myself, I make sure that the page margins in both the subreports and main reports are the same. I can then use the same guidelines to aligned the objects in both the main and subreports.

However, if you adjust page margins in either the main or subreports, ensure that you do the same for the others.

Hope this helps.

D.
