We are looking to create a custom real-time report for Center Vu supervisor. Are there any third party companies that can do this for us? Is there any documentation out there on how to do this ourselves?

choose CallCentre / CRM and Operational Excellence, and look for the "CentreVu CMS Custom Reports" for the version of CMS that you have; note if > R8 you'll also need to look at "CentreVu® CMS R3V9 Database Items and Calculations"
Also consider Supervisor Report Designer as a more intuitive front end, although reports built in Designer will not be available via telnet Custom Reports menu.
