Center a table in both IE and Firefox

I intergrated a gallery install into my template, and the page will not center in IE, but it does center in firefox.

I have set the margins to auto, and tried several things, but nothing seems to work. The address of the page is:

any suggestions?

Try changing your DOCTYPE to:
