Cells Backgrounds Continuously Reloading?

I've recently moved this website -

to a new server. To be honest I hadn't looked at it for a couple of weeks and after I moved it I came across this completely bizarre behaviour:

When I view the site (Internet Explorer 6.0) the background of the table cells which make up the page border continuously reload. Again and again and again - I can't work out what's going wrong - it's messing with my mind!

The only two weird things I have is a Javascript which gradually fades the background color of the page in and out - and a Flash component.

Any comments, suggestions etc. are most welcome

Have you tried removing the Flash and seeing if it still happens?

I've had a thought that somehow the Javascript might be affecting it...

I've checked the site which is still running and the images aren't doing the weird reload -

Could someone please look at both these sites and let me know if they see the same thing? (I might just be going nuts.)

Strange... At home, running IE6 under Win 2K Pro, I saw the problem.

From work, running IE6 under Win XP Pro, both sites look fine to me!

I'll take another look at home of you haven't solved it already.
