I bought two of these in October. One broke a month after purchase from normal use on right hand side from the inside out. It was just difficult to open one day, had to take the business call and when I opened it the case cracked. Continued to work but was broken. I had to switch to my other line which broke a few months after that the same exact way. Verizon wireless claims it was physical damage and wouldn't replace them at first. They finally replaced one as a 'courtesy'. The one tech said they had seen some others do that but it was not common. They told me to go through samsung for the other. Samsung refused to fix it stating the repair department informed the reps I talked to that any problem with the hing was not covered under warentee. This is bogus to me. I paid extra to have a decent dependable phone and it couldn't even last 6 months under normal use. I was informed I would have to go through their legal department which I will but I would like to see how many others out there are having a similar problem.
