Cell Twinning Call Id

I've tried to set up mobile twinning on a ucx20. It works well, except there is no name display on the cell. The number is displayed, but no name display. It seems to be stripped off by the UCX. The desk phone displays both name and number. It's probably a setting, but being new to these systems, it's beyond me.

I've tried to set this up in the Extension Follow Me section. The cell number was entered followed with a #.

Any direction would be appreciated.

The cell providers that have Name ID is usually a paid option

I pay for the service and it works fine, unless in this twinning situation.

Have you checked with your outgoing voip provider to see what they are getting from you?
What would you get if you routed an incoming call directly to your cell?
