Cell phones calling into Auto Attendent

I have some call pilots when people call into the AA and they dial one or two it says you have dial a invalid ext, doing some testing it is only cell phones on the Sprint network and the costumer is not buying it he says it must be the call pilot

No it's Sprint, as long as you can call into CP from a land line and it response correctly it's not CP. Cell phones are a hit miss

jeff show your customer the forum below there's been DTMF issues for a few years now. I just posted Apple because of it's popularity but it is not the only cell phone to have issues.

They tend to give long DTMF tones.

Some can be adjusted with the phone otherwise the carriers problem.

I've got lots of customers who've experienced this same trouble for years. Norstar and BCM. It's not the CallPilot. Patches don't help either.

Had this same issue recently when a customer's CP100 got zapped and I replaced it with a similar system. They also swapped service provider to Brighthouse Networks. Customer could no longer check messages with iPhone. Updated with patches, but no luck. iPhone carrier was Verizon, other iPhone with AT&T would work. Turned out to be the new service provider, I called them to see if they could adjust the DTMF tones and they were able to and this resolved the issue.
