I have a G3r v9 with an intuity audix release 4.2
If a cell phone user (AT&T service) calls a DID and that person is not on the phone, the call will go to voicemail.
If that person is on the phone, the caller hears line busy and then the call drops.
This seems to only happen with AT&T subscribers. I have Verizon and I don't have this problem. I tested all 24
channels in the Intuity audix and they all seem fine.
I looked at the DID trunk group and everything looks ok. Any ideas?
