Cell Phone DTMF

I have a site were users are calling in using T-mobile and most of the time when they dial and extension it defaults to the operator. It is as if the system is not reading the DTMF and timing out. I set the Active Zero Suppression and rebooted and it did not help. Has anyone run into this and did you find a solution. your help is appreciated.
 
What type of lines are coming in, I've seen this with T1 channel banked to loop start lines, if this is what you have, try changing the gain settings on the channel bank.I've also seen a site with all calls zeroing(not just cell phones) out & a rerecord of the greeting in the menu of the callflow in a different voice stopped this.
