Cell phone digits not recognized - BCM50 Rls 2

Caller cannot check messages remotely from Cell phones but land line is ok.

No patches since last July when it was installed but we do plan to update it however need to know are there other measures in programming to check?.
Or does anyone know off hand if a patch covered this issue?.

Updating the patches should help.
