I’m trying to use a cell phone as one of the users of a hunt group.
Because one can add only existing extension numbers, I used a virtual extension and an unconditional forward on that virtual extension to the cell phone.
When I dial the virtual extension number, the cell phone rings.
But when I use the virtual extension as a member in a fall back group in the out of service situation every member in the fallback group rings except the cell phone.
I can’t see the difference iu both situations.
The IP412 is still running 2.1 (24) and is planned to be upgraded.

Forward HuntGroup Calls: Default = Off
If the user is a member of a hunt group, the hunt group call can also be forwarded if required. The group's Ring Type must be Hunt or Rotary (not Group or Idle). This option only forwards hunt group calls when Forward Unconditional is also on and use the same Forward Number as Forward Unconditional. The call is only forwarded to this number for the period defined by the hunt group's No Answer Time after which it returns to the hunt group.
