IPO V9.0.9 embedded vm

Customer wants call to ring group that rings all phones in office. If not answered they want it to go to one persons cell. New person each day.
I created a new group with the members in it, but no check mark by their ext. Each person has mobility set to their cell after 3 rings.
Put a hunt group enable button on each phone. Person on duty presses button gets calls.
Pointed ICR to Main group 200, with overflow to Forward group 300.
Call rings first group, rolls to second group, but won't ring out to cells. Starts ringing the original hunt group again.
If I point ICR to 300 group it works just fine. Goes out to cell after 3 rings.
Will it do this? group 200 to 300 to cell?

Did you set the overflow group to sequential?

once the call has been overflow, it will ring the overflow member for a certain time (it will follow the original group no answer time) then it will roll back to the original group.

So try to set the mobility to ring immediately the cell phones instead of after 3 rings. if it worked, then you will need to play with the no answer time or overflow time of the original group so that it gives you time to ring the phones for 3 rings then go to cell.

If you want an over flow to go somewhere special it needs to be sequential. Trust me.

Sequential if you are using forwarding. But when twinning, it can be any.
