Cell drag drop option became disabled in MS Excel 2007 1

Sometimes you will find that the cell drag and drop facility is disabled and the crosswire at the right end of the selected cell is not showing.
Steps to fix
1. Click on Office Button
2. Click on Excel Option button
3. Click on Advanced
4. Check Fill handle and cell drag drop checkbox
5. Done
