Cel phone /PDA Cingular 8125 sync with GM

Before investing in this new phone/PDA I was wondering if anyone has had major headaches getting the cingular 8125 to sync with Goldmine. Which features in GM does it sync well with? Also, is there much time lapse retrieving email?
