Hi.
We had a situation where we had a qmgr being used by a CICS region,
but the wrong INITQ was defined by the CICS region. I used CKQC to
modify the INITQ name, but when I retart CKTI via the CKQC screen, it
picks up my RACF userd; this is no good. I tried doing a CECI START
TRANSID (CKTI) with the proper RACF id, but this didn't work, as I
believe the CECI START command needs a parameter list to build a
Commarea with the name of the initq. Can you supply me with the complete
CECI START TRANSID command to do this?
Or if anyone has any other ideas on how to do a CECI START TRANSID of CKTI which will work properly?
Thanks.

Hi You need to talk with te RACF people because the user of the CICS region must has the permision to start the transaction CKTI,CKAM, CKQC. then you can use the CKQC transacction whit out security.

and the another option. You must configurate in the sysin the next parameter in CICS

example

INITPARM=(CSQCPARM='SN=MQD1,TN=001,IQ=CICSCDE1.INITQ')
