Axis printer server or another will be installed so:
0) put ipaddress-hostname of prsrv in /etc/hosts
1) Add a printer queue
2) choose type hpjetdirect (install if need)
3) choose prsv-hostname, and port 9100 for printer
attached at parallel port1, 9101 for port2 and so on
4) choose a similar printer driver for your printer
5) give a name at this que

Thk you for the reply, at frist I have use the similar method with Victor but the job is pending in queue and cannot process. but finally I have got it work : -
1)use command smit mkrque
2)select Remote - Printer attach to remote queue
3)select Local filtering before sending to print server
4)select printer model
5)give a queue name, host name , remote queue name and select BSD on printer spooler type
