CE9 with CR9

Hi,
I have recently purchase Crystal Reports 9 and I thought it came with a free version of Crystal Enterprise with 5 CALs. However, it has arrived with Report Application Server and my understanding of that was that it didn't support scheduling via the version of EPortfolio that ships with it.

Is anyone able to shed some light on which versions of CE ship with which versions of CR ?

I had CR9 + trial of CE with 5 cals. About 2 years ago...I am not at that office anymore so I can't provide additional details.
