Currently Running:
CR 9
CE 9, SP2

Has anyone who is currently running CE 9 SP2 upgraded to SP3? If so, what was your experience like? Can you provide any helpful insight?

Secondly, Can you tell me how to backup my SP2 setup prior to upgrade so that if anything goes wrong I can revert back to the previous version without loss of data, objects/instances, etc.?
