There really wasn't any hoopla with the release of CE9 like there was with CR9, but according to the CD website and several Reseller Partners its now available for purchase!

Crystal Enterprise 9 comes in three flavors: Report Application Server (RAS), Standard and Professional.

According to the features comparison, Smart Reporting is included whereas it was an add-on with previous versions. Also, the comparison indicates that LDAP and NT Authentication is not supported in any edition, which must be a mistake since it is listed on the technical overview (and they would lose all credibility).
