CE8.5, unable to write to unmanaged disk

Up until last Friday my reports were running perfertly. I do not know what happened but last Friday one of my site quit writing to the unmanaged disk. I tried writing to different network drives and it all failed. If I run a report to email or default destinations, it works fine. But if I send the report to an unmanaged disk, it fails with a "Destination file error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged:" error message.

Any suggestions why this is happening?

Have you checked the permissions that the login you're using on the jobserver has to the locations you're trying to save to? Have they changed?

yes, i didn't notice any permission changes. I even tried using a different logon to validate with. Still getting the same error message.

Hi,
To verify that permissions are not at issue , map a drive using the User account that the Jobserver uses, to the network location used for unmanaged Disk output ( as configured in the CMC)..Can you create/edit/delete files at that mapped location?

Yes I have. I have mapped a different shared location and made sure the permissions are declared correctly. I even gave full permission to the logon I was using to write the report. Report still failed to write. However, I can run a report using default as destination or send it via email with no problems. I'm trying not to reimage the CE machine but I guess that is an option I have not tried.
