Hi,

Using CE10 and CR10 against Oracle 9i. I have an odd problem with the display of numbers on the y-axis of a report.

Essentially when I view the report in the CR designer the numbers are displayed in the format 2.10, 2.15, 2.20, 2.25, 2.30, 2.35, 2.40, 2.45 and 2.50. - When we save the report to our CE10 test server, the numbers are displayed in exactly the same way, as they should be.

However, when we save the report to our production server, CE10 is rounding the numbers (although interesting, not consistently up or down). - So the above numbers now become 2.1, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.3, 2.4, 2.4, 2.5, 2.5

I have messed around with the report in CR, and have tried messing around with the regional settings on the server, but with no luck (the settings also look identical on the test server, which works, and the production server, which doesn't)

Does anyone have any idea why the numbers on the Y axis of the report might display differently in Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise?

Thanks in advance, Gavin

If you open Crystal Reports on the Enterprise server are the Options for number set the same as when you open Crystal Reports on your desktop?

Sorry cmmrfrds, I forgot about this thread. - Never really found out why this was happening, but we got round it temporarily by setting a minimum value of 2.0 on the chart. For some reason this resolved it, no time to explore further!

Thanks, Gavin
