CE10, parameter options are disappearing

After setting each parameter to something, all the options in the parameters screen disappeared. Any thoughts of why this would happen?

If using ePortfolio, a common problem was the UPDATE button not being clicked, which saves the parameters.

If this doesn't help, please state where you are setting the parameters as there's more than one method.

thanks for your response. I am logging on through the admin lunchpad. From the CMC I navigate to folders and to the object I have posted. Under the process tab is the parameters option. Here is where I am setting the parameters so I can schedule the report to run. This is the page where all the parameters options disappear.

My CE10 is a bit fuzzy, but I thought that it also had the equivalent to the ePortfolio/Infoview launchpad, try using that for scheduling.

Thanks great idea but the problem is still there. If I ever need to schedule something else using that object, I can't because the parameter options are gone.

For the mean time, I can schedule the reports while I figure out why the parameters are disappearing.

You can schedule from ePortfolio/infoViewer, and that's where most do so.
