CE10 on Windows 2008

i found the above thread about installing CE10 on a windows 2008 server. i was wanting to know if anyone figured out how to install ce10 on the IIS7 with windows 2008. i have tried adding the IIS6 compatibility but that did not seem to work i get the message stating it could not find a compatible web server.

We where able to get XI R2 running on Windows 2008 with a few tricks. Main issue is/was, the installer does not recongize IIS 7. We did a normal install, then went into IIS and created the virtual directories by hand.. Once we did that, it ran..
