We are receiving this error in a CE10 environment, specifically an on-demand report.

The report renders completely (1 page report, minimal records). After reviewing the report, and validating the data, we attempted to extract the data to an excel spreadsheet and received the following error:

Data on the Page server may have changed. In order to prevent the display of inconsistent information, the data cached in your browser will have to be refreshed. [On Cache/Page Server:servername.cacheserver]

The issue seems to be tied to a cache server timeout parameter, but I am not sure which one/where and how to correct the issue.

Is there a flag I can send with my request to the CE Environment that would disable the timeout and allow the user unlimited time to review/validate and export data?

Thanks.

Check the "Oldest On-Demand Data Given To a Client (in minutes)" settings on both the Cache and Job servers.

The setting is set to 0 though it seems like the error message is only received after about 20 minutes of viewing the report.

We increased the "Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed:" on the cache server from 20 minutes to 60 minutes.

If this doesn't work, we'll up the time on the oldest on-demand data given to a client.

Question: When an on-deman report is exported to a local file, does Crystal go back to the source for the data, or will crystal export the rows received when the report was run origionally?

Thanks!
