CE10 DHTML and Adv DHTML Viewer Export Button Not Working

I am running CE10 SP5 on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition server and since the DST updates were applied last week, the export button in the DHTML and Adv. DHTML Viewers has stopped working. All DST patches were applied according to BO's DST page located at: The ActiveX and Java Viewers Export button works fine, it seems to be isolated to just the DHTML Viewers. I have checked IIS logs and CE10 logs, but nothing is of any help. Has anyone encountered this issue in their CE10 environment? Obviously, the workaround would be to use the ActiveX or Java Viewers, but those cannot be used in this casee since it is against our company's security policy to allow these types of viewers through the firewall. Only DHTML is allowed for viewing of reports through the firewall. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you know what DLL's and/or files are used in the Viewer Export button process, that would be good information in troubleshooting this issue.
 
The issue has been resolved. The problem had to do with the fact that after we applied the DST patches, we did not reboot the server, but only stopped and restarted the CE services. For most hotfixes and service packs those usually do not require a reboot of the server, but only a bounce of the services.

That is what BOBJ support might tell you - but based on many similar "you don't need to reboot" patches, it's been my experience that you should ALWAYS reboot your entire BOBJ cluster after you apply any patches.
 
Yes, I too am having trouble with the DHTML Export button. As you all mentioned the problem appeared after installing all three EDST patches. After rebooting, the export button and DHTML print feature worked fine. Three weeks later the problem reappeared. I rebooted agian and the problem agian disappeared. Now a month later the problem is back. !@#$ Any thoughts or advice as where to look?

Look in the server's Event Viewer to see what may have happened..

Nothing in the event viewer indicating anything that is related. I downloaded a hotfix titled "Crystal 10.0 Viewers Hot Fix" dated 6/5/2007. I will install it in dev and see what happens. More later...
