Hi,

I know there are a couple of threads on this already, but unfortunately they don't really answer my question. - I'm trying to schedule a report from CE10 to a destination on the network. When I enter the path (e.g. \\servername\Scientific Systems\Crystal) and click 'Update' ,CE10 automatically changes the back-slashes to forward-slashes. This makes it an invalid network location. When I then try to schedule the report I get the error destination directory error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged: No such file or directory'

I have entered the username and password of a domain administrator in the 'reportjobserver' server properties so there should be no problems there. The 'Diskunmanaged' option in definitely enabled. And, the 'reportjobserver' service is also logging on as a domain administrator.

Does anyone have any ideas for anything else I can try?

Many thanks, Gavin

Sorry, just a bit of extra info - I can schedule to the local server C drive with no problems, its only network locations that are causing problems.

Have you mapped a drive under the username and password of the domain administrator when logged in to the hardware that hosts the 'reportjobserver'?

I believe you need to map to a specified drive (eg: W:\crystal\) not just to a network path.

Thanks MJRBIM. Still no dice with this unfortunately.

My work-around has been to export the file to the local server C drive (no problems there), then write a batch file to copy the exported report file to the location on the network. I use the Windows 'Scheduled Tasks' utility to run the batch file 10 minutes after CE has exported to the C drive.
