CE10 - Active Directory Authenticate Update timing out

We have a problem with the active directory authentication not working - when we press update, the web page times out - it looks like it is trying to access admin_commit.csp. It worked fine last week and apparently nothing has changed on our Crystal Server or on access permissions.

Help!
