I have an VB6 application that uses the CR runtime - no problems.
It accesses reports stored on a CE9 server - no problem, just use the enterpriseControls.dll, infostor.dll and friends.
When I write the install routine, the CE dlls will not register. This then throws errors when I try to use CE in my application.
If I install Crystal Reports over my application, it registers the dlls properly and all works perfectly. Some of my users will not have Crystal installed so this doesn't help me.
I've looked through the Crystal msi file but my knowledge of install packages isn't up to working that out!
Has anyone managed to add the CE dlls to an install package?
Thanks
Andrew
