Hello all. I am running unmanaged reports via a web portal with CE 8.5 on the backend. I would like to adjust the timeout period for the licenses so that they release quicker than the default (20min). I know that I have seen a post on how to set this and where but I cannot locate it. does someone out there know what it is?

Both the Pageserver and Cacheserver have these settings in them, check the CMC.

Synapse,

So the "Minutes Before an Idle Job Is closed" is really the users logon session? So by reducing this to say 5 minutes will release a taken license faster.

It's not the CE logon time, it's the pageserver/cahceserver settings, read the kb article referenced above, you can set the total logout by command line.

Synapse,

That was the command line I was thinking of! Thanks for pointing out the article. I appreciate the help.
