Hi,
I am testing auditing on Crystal Enterprise v10.
I published the sample auditing reports but when I preview one I get "There is no data to display. Please refer to Product Documentation for configuration instructions for Auditing."
I had already gone into each server and turned on auditing with the options that I wanted before I previewed the reports.
The database connections test ok.
I went into ePortfolio so that it would have data to report on.
I can see the data in the audit text file but it can't see it when I view the report.
The database connections are ok.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
rorymo

Have you puchased the audit add-on module? Although CE looks like it should be doing the full Auditing process, it won't if you haven't got the licence.
If you have the licence, (or have putchased Premium edition which contains Auditor), then the next question is have you set up an Audit database and configured with CE in the CCM?

Thanks, I didn't realize that there was an add-on module.
I'll check into it.

You will find its price is rather high considering what it does - approx 1/3 of your current licence cost!!
It much more reasonable if got as part of the premium edition.
Personally I think Auditor SHOULD be part of the basic CR product.

Does someone know where the sample audit reports are? i am using Crystal 10.
