CE 9 to CE 10 upgrade - Report Viewer

We did an upgrade from CE 9 to CE 10. But the users in Windows 98 are not able to view the report. How this can be resolved ?
Any one had same issues ?

What viewer - from ePortfolio or custom code?

Any errors? What actually happens when they try to view a report.

Hi.

The Active X viewer from CE 10 is NOT SUPPORTED on Windows 98 client machines. Users will have to use the DHTML viewer
