CE 9 Export to Adobe 1

I designed a report in CR which will export to a PDF. The Adobe viewer says that the page size is 8.26 X 11.68. I then post the report onto the CE server, which has the same default printer settings, and if I create the PDF (either through the activeX viewer or the scheduler) I get a document with a page sixe of 8.5 X 11.

How can I encourage CE to create A4 sized PDF's ?

What happens if you open up report in Crystal Designer on the server? Does it keep the same print settings? It sounds like maybe you designed it on your machine and then moved it to the server but the server's copy of Crystal Reports has different settings. IF you open the report up on the server and reset the page settings and save it to CE it should correct the problem. Should be the key word!
