We are just starting to launch our customized CE application, which currently hosts 250+ scheduled reports. These reports use a SQL 2000 DB as their datasource. That datasource is updated every month with a new release (new data items, new columns, etc.).
Does anyone know if CE 8.5 has a "verify database on print" function that it runs in the background? All the reports, if run from CR8.5, would have to have the database verified before they would bring in correct data. How does CE handle this?
If CE verifies the database automatically, do we need to have "verify database on every print" checked in the report itself? or is that irrelevant?
